DAPTAP REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Daptap’s paid subscriptions, NFC products, digital tools, and other services.

By purchasing from DaptapCo, you agree to the terms below.


1. Subscription Services


Paid plans and digital upgrades are non-refundable, including:

  1. Monthly or annual subscriptions
  2. Pro features
  3. AI tools
  4. Analytics or marketing features
  5. Scheduling tools
  6. Pixel tracking services

Because digital features are delivered instantly, refunds are generally not provided unless required by law.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the billing date.

No partial refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for remaining time on a subscription.


2. Physical Products (NFC Cards, Stickers, Devices)


We accept returns for physical products within 14 days of delivery if they meet the following:

Eligible for Refund:

  1. Unused and in original packaging
  2. Defective or damaged upon arrival
  3. Incorrect product shipped

Not Eligible for Refund:

  1. Custom-printed or personalized items
  2. Devices that have been activated or linked
  3. Items damaged due to customer misuse
  4. Lost or stolen items
  5. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.


3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  1. Defective products
  2. Incorrect items delivered
  3. Hardware malfunctions within the return window

After 14 days, items fall under warranty coverage (if applicable).


4. AI Tools, Digital Services, & Automations


Because AI-generated features and digital tools are consumed immediately, all sales are final except where required by law.


5. Chargebacks & Fraud


If a customer files a fraudulent chargeback:

  1. Your account may be suspended
  2. Your NFC devices may be deactivated
  3. Your Daptap page may be disabled
  4. We may dispute the chargeback with documentation


6. Processing Refunds


Approved refunds will:

  1. Be issued to the original payment method
  2. Take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank


7. How to Request a Refund

  4. Photos (if product-related)

We review all requests in the order they are received.


8. Policy Updates
